The NHS needed a way of reassuring ex-nurses that it’s never too late to return to practice and do what they do best.

IDEA

Every nurse has their own reason for leaving. But they all have the same for wanting to return. It’s in their blood. We decided to highlight these truths by getting real nurses to share their real stories, in a before and after documentary style. This created a powerful message and showed them doing what they do best.
